Working knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or similar software
Basic understanding of construction materials and detailing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking individuals with a strong design sense, technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. The selected candidates will contribute to a wide range of architectural and interior projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Assist in architectural and interior design development
Prepare design presentations, 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction details
Develop 3D models and support visualization work
Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams
Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision
Support space planning, material selection, and project documentation
Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements
