Experience

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of structural engineering, project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
Sound understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance, HSE compliance, and statutory regulations.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering/project management software.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage high-rise building, road, bridge, and other infrastructure construction projects from planning to successful completion.
Ensure project execution in accordance with approved design, quality standards, budget, timeline, and safety regulations.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, contractor management, procurement coordination, and project monitoring.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, engineering standards, company policies, and best construction practices while driving operational excellence.
