Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 35 years
1-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of garments related machineries.
Knowledge of garment factory machinery, including sewing machines and other mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Proficiency Microsoft Office System.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in industrial settings
Experience Requirements
Computer Literacy is a must, especially in the office package.
Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, utility and production machineries of the plant
Conduct daily pre-production routine check to ensure operational readiness of all production and associate machineries in the production floor
Supervise breakdown maintenance of machineries and equipment in the plant
Prepare maintenance expenditure for each machinery & equipment and recommend major repair or replacement as required
Update Preventive maintenance Plan, Machine Profile, ISO Documentation
Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
Implement workplace safety policies and standards
Prepare periodic report on machinery breakdown hours
