Job Context: Dada (Dhaka) is a 100% export oriented Headwear manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidate for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and control day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted material flow.
Supervise the receipt, inspection, identification, storage, preservation, picking, and issuance of materials.
Ensure all incoming materials are received against approved Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, Goods Received Notes (GRN), or other authorized documents.
Monitor material movement between stores and production areas and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through ERP/software and/or approved manual systems.
Conduct and supervise daily, weekly, monthly, cycle, and annual stock counts as required.
Maintain complete traceability of material receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and adjustments.
Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and PPT teams regarding material availability and requirements.
Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are followed wherever applicable.
Coordinate closely with Production Planning and other relevant departments to ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
Monitor upcoming production requirements and proactively identify potential material shortages.
Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures, fire safety requirements, emergency access, PPE requirements, and safe material-handling practices.
Ensure store areas remain clean, organized, secure, and free from unnecessary hazards.
Identify opportunities to reduce material loss, damage, wastage, handling costs, and storage inefficiencies.
Age 25 to 38 years
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, including inventory reports and reconciliation.
Understanding of garment factory material flow and production requirements.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
