Candidates with experience in hostel, residential institution, Nursing college, educational institution, hospital or administrative management will be preferred.”

To perform additional duties to meet with the College’s needs as required and assigned by management.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Concern Deparment Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Overall supervision and administration of the female students’ hostel.
Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness and a healthy residential environment.
Monitor students’ attendance, movement and hostel activities.
Coordinate with the College Administration regarding students’ welfare and discipline.
Supervise hostel support staff and ensure proper housekeeping.
Maintain hostel records, registers and reports.
Handle students’ day-to-day concerns and communicate with guardians when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules and institutional policies.
Take necessary action during emergencies and promptly report serious incidents to the College Authority.
Any other task assigned by authority.
