Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age At most 30 years
Only Male
Candidates with an Accounts/Finance background will be given preference.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computerized inventory/accounting systems.
Strong numerical, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to work anywhere as required.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan
Conduct audits of Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Journal Vouchers, and other financial transactions, ensuring proper supporting documentation and authorization.
Verify invoices, bills, PO, challan, requisition, approval and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Store and Production departments during audit activities
Maintain proper filing of all financial documents
Report financial issues or discrepancies to management
Assist in monthly stock counting and physical verification of warehouse and all sales centers
Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and security of financial information.
Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
