Experience

Responsibilities & Context
Review and carry out credit risk assessment of all proposals with different types of analysis specially focus on technical segment which includes property valuation, Approve plan wise property measurement, property marketability assessment for affordable home loan.
Perform CPV, income visit, report preparation and visit of business locations to verify financial strength as and when required.
Interpret, analyze and assess loan Applicant’s credit data and financial information to determine the degree of risk involved in financing.
Preparation of credit memo for Affordable Home Loan.
Liaison and coordinate with other stakeholders i.e., RM, Branches, Operation department, Legal & another related Department.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedure and external regulatory requirements.
