Responsibilities & Context
Assist in daily maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues.
Coordinate with technicians and external service providers.
Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment servicing.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
Issue materials to authorized departments as required.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and material consumption.
Report damaged, expired, or shortage items to the supervisor.
Assist in procurement and supplier coordination.
