Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Additional Requirements

Age At least 23 years

Strong knowledge of RCC structural design and detailing.

Good understanding of BNBC and standard structural design practices.

Proficiency in relevant structural design and drafting software will be preferred.

Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Design and analysis of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures for residential and commercial buildings.

Preparation and detailing of RCC structural drawings, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, staircases, etc.

Prepare structural design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant BNBC and engineering standards.

Review structural drawings and coordinate with architectural and MEP drawings.

Prepare estimation and costing for structural works.

Prepare BOQ and material quantity calculations for RCC and related construction works.

Conduct site visits when required and provide technical support during construction.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure proper execution of structural designs.

Identify structural issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
