Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management Information System
Experience
5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Fuel/Petroleum, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop, Tyre manufacturer
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 30 years
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Formulas).
Knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems, and data analysis tools will be an advantage.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly marketing MIS reports.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and campaign data.
Collect and consolidate data from sales and marketing teams.
Generate reports on sales targets, achievements, dealer performance, and market activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of marketing reports.
Maintain marketing databases, dashboards, and records.
Support management with data analysis and business insights.
Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for correction.
Coordinate with regional sales teams for data collection and reporting.
Perform other MIS and reporting-related tasks assigned by management.
