Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Tourism & Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
Candidates with strong practical experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media marketing may also be considered.

Willing to travel within Dhaka for B2B and corporate marketing activities.
Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
Proactive, target-oriented and willing to take initiative.
Good at networking and maintaining professional relationships.
Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage

Candidates with any of the following skills will receive preference:

Experience in a travel agency or tourism-related company.
Experience in B2B marketing or corporate sales.
Experience managing a Facebook Business Page.
Experience creating Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style videos.
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Camtaisa or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience with Facebook Live or on-camera presentation.
Knowledge of visa processing, international travel, tour packages or airline ticketing.
Existing professional networking with travel agencies or corporate organizations.
What We Expect From You

This position is ideal for someone who does not want to work only behind a desk.

You will be expected to:

You may spend one day creating social media content at the office, another day conducting a Facebook Live, and another day visiting travel agencies or corporate organizations for B2B marketing.

As we continue to expand our digital presence and B2B network, we are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Officer who can take ownership of our digital marketing, social media, content creation and B2B marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for both online and offline marketing activities of FlyingAid.

Digital & Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for FlyingAid.
Manage and grow FlyingAid’s Facebook Page and other social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
Create engaging promotional, educational and informative content related to travel, visa, tourism and FlyingAid’s services.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and competitors’ activities.
Coordinate with the management/team to promote current offers, visa services, tour packages and other company activities.
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Content Creation
Create Facebook post copy, captions, promotional content and marketing materials.
Research travel-related topics, destinations, visa updates, travel trends and relevant industry information.
Produce short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
Present travel information, visa-related updates, tour packages and FlyingAid’s services through video.
Conduct and participate in Facebook Live sessions from the FlyingAid Page.
Develop creative ideas for new content and campaigns.
Identify opportunities to turn current travel trends and customer questions into engaging content.
Brand & Service Promotion
Understand FlyingAid’s services and communicate their benefits effectively to customers.
Regularly highlight FlyingAid’s achievements, services, offers, packages and customer-focused solutions.
Visit the Travel Agency office and understand ongoing operations so that authentic content can be developed around the company’s activities.
Work closely with the management team to develop campaigns for specific destinations, visa services and tour packages.
B2B Marketing & Business Development
Visit other travel agencies, tour operators and relevant businesses for B2B marketing and business development.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with travel agency partners.
Promote FlyingAid’s B2B visa services, tour packages, air ticketing and other travel solutions.
Visit corporate houses, companies and organizations to introduce FlyingAid’s Group Tour and Corporate Travel solutions.
Identify potential corporate clients and business partners.
Follow up with prospective B2B and corporate clients and maintain regular communication.
Represent FlyingAid professionally during external meetings, presentations and business visits.
Prepare basic marketing presentations, proposals or offers when required.
Market & Competitor Research
Conduct regular research on travel industry trends, competitors, destinations and customer interests.
Identify new marketing opportunities and potential customer segments.
Monitor competitors’ social media activities, offers and content strategies.
Provide creative ideas and recommendations to improve FlyingAid’s online and offline marketing performance.
