Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and professionally receive clients, visitors, and guests.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain the reception area in a professional and organized manner.
Manage visitor records and reception-related documentation.
Receive and distribute letters, documents, and parcels.
Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules when required.
Provide basic information about the company and direct visitors accordingly.
Candidates with good English-speaking skills and a smart, presentable appearance will be given preference
