Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Experience

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years

Candidates with prior experience in a reputed hospital/corporate hospital/ Diagnostics will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Welcome and assist patients and attendants with professional and courteous service.

Manage OPD registration, appointments, consultant schedules and patient flow.

Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, consultants, fees and procedures.

Coordinate with consultants and relevant departments including Nursing, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy.

Handle patient queries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Assist patients with investigations, reports and follow-up appointments.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs.

Maintain accurate records and update information in the hospital management system.

Support smooth and efficient OPD operations and ensure a positive patient experience.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
