To support this growth, the company is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its overall financial management function.
Job Description
Lead strategic budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management and forecasting to ensure sound fiscal discipline across the organization and its sister concern.
Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support management decision-making.
Oversee tax, VAT and audit management, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Ensure effective use of ERP and financial software (Eg: Odoo/Tally/QuickBooks) to drive accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Develop, implement and maintain robust financial policies to guide organizational financial management.
Prepare SOPs to ensure smooth departmental and cross-departmental financial operations.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance team, building capability and accountability.
Ensure transparency, compliance and effective financial governance as a key member of the senior management team.
Work closely with management to align financial strategy with the organization`s broader mission and vision.
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders on financial and compliance matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
