BBA/ MBA in AIS, MIS, Finance, Banking, Marketing or B.Sc. in Engineering (EEE/ ME/ IPE or relevant discipline).
Experience

MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, MIS, business reporting tools, statistical data analysis, feasibility analysis, financial analysis, cost–benefit analysis and business process analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; excellent presentation, documentation and communication skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
Responsibilities & Context
Purpose of the job: To support strategic and operational decision-making by analyzing business performance, market trends, operational challenges and cross-functional data; conducting comprehensive feasibility studies; developing business cases and data-driven recommendations; and driving process improvement, performance management and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior management to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
Analyze business performance, market trends, operational challenges and cross-functional data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive business feasibility studies covering technical, operational, financial, market and commercial feasibility for new projects, products, investments and business initiatives.
Prepare feasibility reports, cost–benefit analyses, business cases and investment recommendations; evaluate project viability based on cost, expected return, risks, resources, timelines and potential business impact.
Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis; develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, MIS and business performance reports.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and other cross-functional teams; present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business expansion, new projects and strategic initiatives.
