Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds and practical supply chain knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate daily supply chain activities for perishable products such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, fish, and other temperature-sensitive items.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouses, and distribution teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Monitor daily demand, stock levels, sales forecasts, and replenishment requirements.
Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
Ensure timely collection, receiving, and delivery of perishable products.
Monitor product freshness, shelf life, expiry dates, temperature, and quality standards.
Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
Track product wastage, damages, shortages, and variances and prepare relevant reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for proper storage and handling of perishable products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, product quality, and quantity.
Identify supply shortages, delays, quality issues, and other operational risks and take corrective action.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
Perform any other supply chain-related duties assigned by management.
