Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Solar Energy

Experience in sales management, preferably in Solar, consumer durables or FMCG sectors.
Candidate must have knowledge on renewable energy system, specially in solar system.
Must be able to lead, manage and supervise the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Strong leadership and team management capability.
Strategic planning and analytical thinking.
Result-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement national annual sales strategies to drive sales growth of Solar.
Monitor and evaluate progress toward achieving the national and regional sales goals.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate sales team based on KPI achievements and sales performance.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, HR, Accounts, Branding, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations and effective execution of sales plans.
Regularly collect and analyze market intelligence on pricing and distribution strategies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Participate in monthly sales reviews and management meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
Represent Walton at brand promotion events, conferences, and market engagement initiatives.
