Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors
A degree/diploma in Vietnamese Language, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field will be an advantage.
Experience
1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Woven Manufacturing
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 45 years

Excellent proficiency in Vietnamese and Bengali, both spoken and written.
Previous experience as a Vietnamese Interpreter in a factory or manufacturing environment will be highly preferred.
Experience in handbag, leather goods, garments, footwear, or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
Fresh candidates with strong Vietnamese language skills may also apply.
Good knowledge of factory, production, quality, and workplace terminology.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with foreign management and Local employees.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and cooperative.
Responsibilities & Context
Provide accurate interpretation from Vietnamese to Bengali and Bengali to Vietnamese.
Facilitate communication between Vietnamese management, supervisors, technicians, and Bangladeshi workers.
Interpret during meetings, production discussions, training sessions, factory inspections, and daily operations.
Translate production-related instructions, notices, work procedures, and documents from Vietnamese to Bengali and vice versa.
Assist Vietnamese management and technical personnel in communicating effectively with local employees.
Clearly explain Vietnamese instructions to Bangladeshi workers while maintaining the original meaning.
Support communication related to production, quality control, production planning, and factory operations.
Assist Vietnamese staff in resolving communication-related issues with local employees.
Help ensure smooth coordination between foreign management and local teams.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and management communications.
Perform other interpretation and translation duties assigned by management.
