Education

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
HSC

Experience

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male

Expert in pattern making, CAD, and design.

Ability to make modifications as per buyer requests.

Prior experience working with H&M designers will be considered an added advantage.

Strong command of English (both written and verbal).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (designers, technicians, and buyers) with professionalism.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in knit sample development.

Technical knowledge of fabric, trims, and garment construction.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage and oversee H&M sample development with full accountability for quality and timelines.

Take responsibility for the new Sample Direct Flow, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.

Communicate effectively with H&M designers, technicians, and buyers, building strong professional relationships.

Ensure proper alignment of sample quality with buyer requirements and approved references.

Coordinate with internal teams to secure timely submission of proto, fit, and pre-production samples.

Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all sample activities.

Identify and resolve technical issues in fabric, trims, and workmanship during sample development.

Lead checkpoints for:

Lab dip checking

Fabric quality/shade evaluation

Final sample verification

Provide proactive solutions and corrective actions to avoid delays or rejections.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in the sample section.
