Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.

Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet targets.

Manage inventory, including restocking and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Supervise and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.

Monitor and report on outlet performance to higher management.
