Responsibilities & Context
City Square Limited is seeking an experienced, dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead and support Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Project Operations. The selected candidate will lead business growth, manage teams, drive project development, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential land and new project opportunities.
Lead and supervise Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service teams.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners, investors, and business partners.
Monitor the Chattogram real estate market and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with project, legal, accounts, and management teams for smooth operations.
Support land documentation, approval processes, and project development activities.
Lead negotiations with landowners and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare regular business performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Maintain the company’s brand image, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
Perform other important duties assigned by the Chairman/Managing Director.
