Responsibilities & Context
What You Own
Inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers across your assigned territory.
Attend client meetings, from first pitch through to negotiation and closing.
Timely follow-ups on every lead and open conversation, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Full ownership of the sales cycle: qualifying leads, converting conversations into deals, and hitting your territory`s revenue targets.
What We Need
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Freshers with the right drive are welcome.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a genuine ability to understand and address customer pain points.
A background in business competitions, case competitions, or debate is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with the grind of consistent outreach and follow-up.
