Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for two Creative Content Writers to join our dynamic team. You will produce high-quality, engaging content on Microsoft and other PC software, product updates, licensing, and wider technology trends for our international e-commerce brands.
This role goes beyond traditional blogging. Search is shifting toward AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot, and our content has to win visibility in both classic search results and AI-generated answers. We want writers who understand modern SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and who use AI tools as a research and production aid without letting the writing become generic or inaccurate.
This is a full-time desk job, and daily activities are monitored via our tracking software.
Key Responsibilities
Write informative, engaging, original content on Windows 11, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other software and technology topics.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, product updates, licensing changes, and new technologies before writing.
Create a variety of content formats: articles, blogs, buying guides, comparison pieces, product descriptions, and how-to/troubleshooting guides.
Apply some SEO basics in writing: heading structure, internal & external linking.
Structure content for AEO and AI visibility: direct answer openings, FAQ blocks, step-by-step formats, and comparison tables that answer engines can extract.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and similar) for research, outlining, and drafting support, then fact-check, rewrite, and add genuine value so the final output is accurate and human.
Meet daily content creation targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with the editorial, SEO, and technical teams to ensure factual accuracy, brand voice, and EEAT compliance.
Track published content performance in Google Search Console/Analytics and refresh underperforming pages.
Work in-house while adhering to company guidelines and monitored performance metrics.
