Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team in the garment accessories manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will assist the customer service department in maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on industry experience and the opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the 3-month program.
Internship duration: 3 months.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Support the sales and production teams in order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain customer-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and update customer databases.
Perform other administrative and communication tasks as assigned.
