Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

6 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR practices, and factory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities & Context

Context:
The position is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR operations within the factory, covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, compliance, performance management, training, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with business and operational requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day factory HR operations, including attendance, leave, employee records, payroll inputs, benefits, overtime, and HR documentation.

Plan and execute manpower requirements and recruitment for factory positions in coordination with relevant departments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, joining, and induction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files, HR records, and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with labor offices, government authorities, and relevant external agencies on HR and compliance matters.

Support labor law compliance, factory inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations effectively.

Coordinate and implement training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records of employee development initiatives.

Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion and communication of performance-related activities.

Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement and development plans where required.

Support employee engagement, recognition, welfare, and retention initiatives to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Assist in developing leadership and succession pipelines for critical factory positions.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, workforce data, and HR metrics for management decision-making.

Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee lifecycle initiatives in alignment with business requirements.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.
