Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a relevant field.
MBA/PGD in HRM will be an advantage.
Experience
At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Property Management & Preservation Services

Age 30 to 45 years

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and client engagement programs.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for Management.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of marketing activities.
