Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
The Manager – Chicken Broiler Farm in Rangpur. Will be responsible for overall broiler farm operations, ensuring productivity, bio-security, quality standards, and cost control in line with company policy and budget.
Job Responsibilities
To run a Chicken Broiler Farm independently
Supervise broiler farm operations ensuring bird health, body weight, and bio-security standards
Monitor vaccination, medication schedules, QA checks, and hygiene in coordination with Micro Lab
Control production cost of chicks
Monitor feed, medicine, and disinfectant inventory, including expiry and quantity
Planning and budgeting
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and bio-security requirements
Develop, motivate, and retain high-potential team members
