Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Training on Hotel Management.

Experience

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Resort

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Only Male

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.

Manage and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security and Maintenance.

Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints, feedback and ensure prompt resolution.

Manage room booking, check-in/check-out and reservation-related activities.

Monitor room occupancy, revenue, expenses and operational performance.

Develop and implement strategies to increase room bookings, events and overall resort revenue.

Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for promotional campaigns and corporate bookings.

Maintain proper discipline, attendance and performance of resort staff.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, security and proper maintenance of the resort premises.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and safety procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management
