Responsibilities & Context
Sijda Holiday is hiring two full-time Visa / Tour Counselors for its Banani office in Dhaka.
About the role
The counselor will guide clients through visa-processing requirements and tour-related services, explain documentation and timelines clearly, follow up professionally, and help clients select suitable travel options. The role requires a calm, courteous communication style and accurate record-keeping.
Workplace: Sijda Holiday House, House No. 14/A, Road No. 02, Block L, Banani, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh — 5th Floor.

Type: Full-time, office-based.
Key responsibilities
Counsel clients about visa applications, required documents, expected timelines, and tour services.
Communicate clearly by phone, online channels, and in person.
Maintain client records, application updates, follow-up schedules, and basic office documentation.
Coordinate with internal staff and external travel-service partners.
Maintain Sijda Holiday’s professional corporate culture and client-service standards.
Travel with tour groups when business requirements call for it.
