Ex-Defense Officers, Honorary Captain or highly deserving JCOs are strongly encouraged to apply.
Retired Defense personnel with relevant security training and practical experience are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations of the plant.
Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Monitor CCTV, conduct security patrols, and prevent theft or unauthorized activities.
Lead emergency response and coordinate with law enforcement and other authorities when required.
Prepare duty rosters, supervise security personnel, and maintain discipline.
Investigate security incidents and submit reports with corrective action recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
