Requirements

Education

B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry

Experience

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Good knowledge of Dairy/Cattle Farm Operations.

Ability to supervise farm workers and daily activities.

Basic knowledge of Feeding, Breeding, AI, Vaccination & Deworming.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and farm record keeping.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise day-to-day farm activities and farm workers.

Ensure proper feeding, watering, milking, cleaning, and animal care.

Monitor cattle health and immediately report sick or abnormal animals.

Assist in vaccination, deworming, breeding, and AI-related activities.

Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity practices.

Maintain daily farm activity and production records.

Ensure proper implementation of instructions provided by the Farm Manager.

Monitor workers` attendance, duties, and performance.
