Additional Requirements
Age At most 42 years
Negotiation skills, Product knowledge, Good Supervisory skills.
At least 6 years as Medical Representative/ Promotion Officer in Pharmaceuticals with Minimum 2 years working experiences in the similar (supervisory) position.
Requirement may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
Responsibilities & Context
The Company is looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who can successfully lead a group of MIOs to perform their best to achieve their target.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.
Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.
Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.
Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.
Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
