Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree in Pharmacy/Medicine.
2-3 years experience in similar position.
Smart, dynamic, hard working, creative & self motivated.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Responsibilities & Context
Design, develop and deliver training programs for the pharmaceutical sales force and other employees.
Conduct product, disease-area, scientific and selling-skills training.
Develop and facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new joiners.
Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
