Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT is preferred but not required.
Experience
At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements
Age At most 35 years
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Expertise in CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.
Understanding of networking, DevOps security, and system reliability engineering.
Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK.
Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400), AWS DevOps Engineer Certification, Docker or Kubernetes Certification, Any DevOps/Cloud-related certification will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Set up and maintain observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and ELK.
Collaborate closely with software development teams to streamline integration and deployment.
Optimize application performance while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of production environments.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot deployment or infrastructure-related issues.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments.
Maintain technical documentation, scripts, deployment guides, and architecture diagrams.
Ensure secure configuration practices and continuous improvement of DevOps pipelines.

Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary during probationary period: ৳55,000 – ৳75,000 (based on experience and expertise). After successful completion of probation, salary and benefits will be as per BURO Bangladesh policy.
Three (03) Festival Bonuses per year, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policies.
