Requirements
Education
Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.
Experience
At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.
Strong knowledge of microservices and API development.
Experience integrating systems using MuleSoft, WSO2, Apache Camel.
Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Role Summary: BURO Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure software systems across the organization’s digital financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development and delivery of software development projects.
Supervise and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and timelines.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering.
Develop enterprise-grade applications using Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop and maintain system integrations using MuleSoft, WSO2, or Apache Camel.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimizations.
Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth product delivery.
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub, follow organizational coding standards, and participate in testing, debugging, and performance reviews.

Salary during probationary period: ৳75,000 – ৳1,00,000 (Based on experience and expertise). After successful completion of probation, salary and benefits will be as per BURO Bangladesh policy.
Three (03) Festival Bonuses per year, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policies.
