Deploy, troubleshoot and monitor performance of customers in our SIP switching system.
Promptly respond and resolve trouble tickets.
Communicate with vendor to resolve VOIP service related issues.
Communicate with Customer for troubleshooting and billing purposes.
Learn INSTACALL product and services and deploy to customers.
