Education

  • Master of Business Management (MBM), Masters
  • Master’s Degree major in marketing, business management or a related field from a qualified University preferred·

Qualifications·    

  • Equivalent Industry experience may be considered.·
  • Minimum 03++ years of supervisory experience.·
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·
  • Detailed knowledge of all compliance and marketing sector.·
  • Knowledge of Branch procedures and policies.·
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff including training and evaluation.
  • Successful completion of all required in-house training programs upon hiring

Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise branch staff, including training, development and discipline to help meet sales goals, strict observance to policies and procedures, and to provide exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety
  • Operational management & Ensure operational efficiency in the branch.
  • Monitoring financial performance
  • Organize regular training sessions on sales techniques & product knowledge
  • Team leadership and customer service excellence
  • Leading, motivating, and empowering the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Setting and achieving branch targets.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
  • Provision of a superior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and service culture
  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship
  • Maintain Annual Operating Plan for the financial year i.e. to prepare and track product (liability, assets and fees)Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
  • Track arrival and discharge of reports (like account closures, daily sales reports)Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
  • Capability building and manpower management
