Responsibilities & Context
- Understand the product portfolio thoroughly and set achievable sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set targets and company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing necessary support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively develop relationships with new clients to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
- Take ownership of all sales, credit, and account management activities within the assigned area.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of sales records, credit monitoring, and timely collection.
- Regularly analyze market potential, competitor behaviour, and trends to inform strategic decisions and operational plans.
- Provide insightful reports to management for informed decision-making.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any client complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Implement sales forecasts and strategies to optimize sales performance and meet targets.
- Take responsibility for credit monitoring and collection efforts to ensure financial health and minimize risk.
