Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/CSE, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, RHCE.) will be a plus.
Proven experience as a Hardware & Network Administrator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols and hardware components.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.
Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.
Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and network-related procurement.
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
Assist with software installations and updates as required.
Train employees on hardware and network best practices and security protocols.
Research and recommend hardware and network upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
