Proven experience in a regional sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel within the designated region.
Preference will be given to those who have worked at the route level

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the designated region.
Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching for the sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance and market trends.
