Additional Requirements

Track inventory levels of outlets, CDC, E-Commerce & generate various kind of sales report.
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement price and cost of the product.
Keep follow up of deliveries and take immediate action in case of late deliveries.
Make proper distribution plan for the outlets, oversee store management and stock control.
Analyze the market, potential competitors & plan promotions for campaign.
Maintain the Visual Merchandising (VM) and update according to global Visual Merchandising (VM) guideline.
Give training to the store managers and sales personnel on product specification and Visual Merchandising (VM).
Analyze competitors’ products and activities/campaigns.
Establish representative of product line to enable retail channel.
Range selection and buying based on store grade and band.
Maintain efficient stock purchase and supply for better sell.
Drive net sales and GP for the channel.
Maintain store shelves by observing displays of products, tidying store shelves and providing optimum display of products.
Design season wise purchase plan and prepare budget accordingly.
Prepare training module and make training calendar with the help of HR.
Generate yearly performance review report
