Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are seeking an innovative and result-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail management. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our online presence, improve user experience, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Website Management:Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and design.
- Product Management:Manage the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.Work with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
- Digital Marketing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from browsing to purchase and post-purchase support.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to align efforts and achieve business goals.
