Responsibilities & Context

  • To manage work includes defining the scope of works, interpreting market research findings, distilling competitive intelligence and insights, and developing strategies to achieve market share target, revenue and margin goals. Other major jobs and responsibilities are detailed below:
  • To contribute in designing overall Trade/Retail/ End-users and corporate objectives/goals based on global knowledge of the Cement industry and organizational strategic issues.
  • To provide relevant customers, partners and other stakeholders with in-depth, accurate portfolio analyses, modeling, assumptions, recommendations and solutions for optimal scenarios to meet the strategic, financial and operational objectives of the company.
  • To work with sales and other portfolio partners to align marketing, pricing, contracting and distribution strategies for optimal market performance.
  • To provide management oversight and serve as subject matter/technical expert on multiple complex business processes (including scheme pricing, revenue forecasting, strategy development, SWOT analysis, environmental scanning and database architecture)
  • To prepare and present internal reports, key strategic findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • To ensure assigned goals and objectives are met and that assigned projects and other work are completed on time, to high standards and within budget.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving capabilities and skills as well as make communication and presentation with our stakeholders.
  • To build relationships across the business including partners and work collaboratively with all internal/external customers, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Figure out a market expansion strategy to raise the volume.
  • To motivate and develop staff to achieve the vision of the company; provide consistent orientation; create and model a culture that supports continuous growth and development at all levels in the company.
  • To take the lead in ensuring project outcomes are integrated with relevant strategies, processes, systems or other mechanisms and tools in a timely and targeted manner.
