Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience

  • 9 to 12 years

    Cement Industry

  • Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software

  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieving targets through solution based selling and consulting to market travel solutions for Corporate Travel
  • Researching and understanding clients’ needs and positioning a defined suite of products and service solutions that meet requirements and also implementing new client on boarding
  • Strategically utilize Sales Force System to ensure sales planning, tracking and reporting is timely and accurate
  • Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis
  • When required attend/schedule lunch/dinner entertainment for Key Corporate Accounts
  • Ensure that all accounts profile and all sales reports and any other relevant information are updated and entered in Operation
  • Schedule calls to be made one week in advance and share this information in the daily sales briefings
  • Coordinate sales blitzes in the designated areas of growth potential in Dhaka and industrial area in surrounding of the city
  • To develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning (First half and monthly as usual)
  • Manage an aggressive for achieving the  annual sales quota in a highly competitive and highly complex environment
