Additional Requirements

Must have the practical experience in the position of Head of Sales ( Local-Dealer) in Footwear Industry for at least 03 years and the total experience should be not less than 12 years in the relevant field. Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any Reputed University. The candidate having experience in Sales & marketing in renowned & leading Footwear Industry of Bangladesh shall be given preference. Well mannered, well behaved and well rounded. Position will be decided based on experience. Highly energetic physically and mentally. Confident, Good speaker, Team player & Motivator· Experience in Sales is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of ‘Footwear .
  • Liaison and Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and competitor organizations.
  • Develop business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
  • To meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
  • Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
  • To follow up progress of sales team.
  • Proper execution of marketing promotional activities in line with long term strategies.
  • Plans for promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Directs market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Planning, Organizations, directing and controlling respective divisional marketing, sales and technical support staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
  • Prepares daily / weekly / Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
  • Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementation sales plans.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
