Additional Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript: Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+ features.
Knowledge of MERN stack: Experience with MongoDB (PostgreSQL would be plus), Express.js (Laravel would be plus), React.js, and Node.js.
Front-end skills: Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind and JavaScript libraries/frameworks like React.js.
Back-end development: Understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and database management using Node.js and Express.js.
Version control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Learning mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in web development.

Develop Backend Systems: Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate Front-End: Work with front-end developers to connect user interfaces with backend logic.
Manage Databases: Handle database operations with MongoDB and optionally PostgreSQL.
Create APIs: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for various applications.
Debug Issues: Identify and fix backend issues to ensure smooth performance.
Learn Continuously: Keep up with new technologies and best practices in web development.
