Job Context:
(Land /Real Estate)
We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales people who has experience in the Bangladesh Land/ Real Estate industry.
Job Location: Motijheel or Gulshan – Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Plot / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic
- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Maintain proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients
- Corporate sales planning and implementation
- To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Computer knowledge is the must.
- Any other task assigned by Management
