Responsibilities & Context
- Formulating long and short term business plan of building products.
- Develop Sales-Plan for meeting demands of the customer.
- Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitors strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
- Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
- Ensure overall sales target every three (03) month.
- Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.
- Building a strong relationship with the customer.
- Process all sales documentation for both Commercial and Residential Projects
- Respond to any Sales/Land queries and follow up accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database.
- Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects.
