Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP, Laravel Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel Framework and PHP development, as well as experience leading and mentoring development teams. The successful candidate will work on developing high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and services using PHP and Laravel
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end systems
- Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality code
- Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Optimize performance and scalability of web applications and services
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
