Responsibilities & Context
- Collect all necessary documents during the initial customer interaction.
- Update the register regularly to reflect new entries and modifications.
- Review each customer’s application form for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to obtain any missing documents promptly.
- Ensure all customer interactions and installment agreements adhere to the deed of agreement.
- Scan and store digital copies of agreements.
- Provide customers with information and assistance regarding their installment plans.
- Collect installments on the specified dates.
- Prepare and issue payment clearance letters once installments are cleared.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing flat-wise installment collections.
- Ensure complete installment collection against set targets.
- Collect loan payments as per the agreed schedule.
- Store modification clearance certificates.
- Handle various customer payment-related applications.
- Collect any applicable delay charges.
- Adhere to all provided SOPs and instructions from management.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
